About Us

1. Organization

Family Development Enterprise, Inc (FDE) is a 501 C 3 organization which operates programs focused on helping residents in Louisiana and Arkansas to overcome barriers to achieving a healthy outlook as they navigate through life’s journey.

We share with residents in Louisiana (e.g. Ouachita and Morehouse Parishes) and in Arkansas (e.g. Crossett, Ashley County) through our Let’s Talk Offline (LTO) Empowerment Workshops, necessary skills and tools to help build key communication strategies.

We are dedicated to empowering youth and fostering positive community change. With a focus on personal growth, education and community engagement, our programs support and inspire young people to achieve their full potential.

Our Mission is to provide our target service areas residents in Louisiana and Arkansas with educational workshops, share health and fitness tips,;and provide employment opportunities that will motivate residents to make lifestyle choices and thrive economically as they move forward in life.
